Prices are per month, per kart. Free's 50 orders are a lifetime allowance — enough to prove the thing works on your campus. Every paid plan resets monthly, and none of them ever take a commission.
Questions
Do I need a payment gateway?+
No. Settle however you already do — UPI, cash on delivery, a payment link you paste in the chat. CampusKarts handles the ordering, not the money.
Can I use my personal number?+
Yes. Orders arrive as a normal WhatsApp message. A Business account works too, but nothing requires one.
What happens when I run out of stock?+
Tap the status button to close, or mark single items sold out. The menu stays browsable either way.
Do you take a cut of my sales?+
Never. Free karts stay free. The paid plans are a flat monthly fee, and that is the only money we make.
What happens when I use up my orders?+
Your kart stops taking orders online and the menu stays browsable, with a button to message you on WhatsApp instead — so nobody is left staring at a dead link. We warn you inside the dashboard well before it happens, and moving up a plan reopens it immediately.
Is the onboarding fee compulsory?+
No. It's ₹1,000 if you want us to do the setup — menu typed in, photos, printed QR codes, staff shown how it works. Pay yearly and it's waived entirely.
